Recycled Content - We believe that community responsibility and ending systemic pollution are tenants for a cleaner tomorrow. In our efforts, we utilize 40-60% recycled material in our products. By choosing to use recycled materials and organic matter in our products, we break the traditional single-use cycle for a renewable future.

 

Safewood - Safe Wood means safe surfaces and safe materials. Our finishes are water-based, non-toxic and adhere to the GREENGUARD standards. GREENGUARD Certification criteria have contributed to LEED credits for low-emitting products since 2002 and can contribute to green building standards for your project. Safe Wood means creating a safe world of non-toxic surfaces.

 

Responsible Forestry - Our forests provide the clean the air we breathe, habitats for our wildlife, and crucial renewable resources for the world. Without responsible forestry, we risk losing these ecosystems permanently. Modobo Design only partners with manufacturers who are certified by the Forest Stewardship Council, supporting responsible forestry and protecting those resources for future generations. With the chain of custody certification, we ensure that all of our products are environmentally and socially responsible throughout the entire process from forest to final product.
